As educators we recognize the importance of sharing timely information with the parents of our students.  ProgressBook ParentAccess is an online tool that allows parents to keep up to date on their child's daily assignments grades, quarterly report cards and daily attendance. Covington Schools permits the enrollment of students from any Ohio district in a school or program of this District, provided each enrollment is in accordance with laws and regulations of the State concerning Inter-District Open Enrollment, district policies and the guidelines provided on our Inter-District Open Enrollment webpage.

Beginning on Tuesday, March 26 through Wednesday, May 3, our students in grades 3-12 will be taking a variety of state-mandated assessments in English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

College Credit Plus Informational Meeting January 24, 2024

Covington High School counselors will be hosting college credit plus informational meetings on Wednesday, January 24 at 6:30 pm in the high school commons. CCP is open to students entering grades 7 through 12.

District Strategic Planning Kick-Off Meeting


The Board of Education would like to invite interested community members to join with them to help plan the direction for the district.

The planning process will consist of teams to look at:

  • Academics
  • Facilities
  • Community Relations
  • Student Activities

The kick-off meeting is Wednesday, September 27, 2023 in the K-8 Cafeteria from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
